Lemon Basil Truffles, Anyone?

My latest client asked for a truffle featuring lemon. I spent yesterday and today doing some experiments and came up with a lemon-basil-white chocolate ganache center for this fleur-de-lys white chocolate truffle.

I love the look and shape of this one -- it's a little hard to tell from the photo, but it's about the size of a golf ball at about half height. Soft and smooth, I can't wait to hand a set of these off with the delivery!
